The production vineyard in the region of Prabi is characterized by alluvial soils, formed over the centuries by the Sarca River, which runs alongside it. The Sarca River originates in the Adamello Brenta Natural Park, a land endowed with great geological complexity, from volcanic rock to sedimentary dolomite rock, to the schists of the Rendena Valley. The area?s climate is strongly influenced by the breezes coming off Lake Garda. Prabi is one of the youngest vineyards, with an average age of 11 years. The vines are trained on the Guyot system, with a density of 7,000 plants per hectare.


The hand-picked grapes are partly pressed after a brief cold maceration and then partly vinified until the cap forms, harnessing the energy of the yeast present on the grapes. The fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, followed by an aging period of around eight months on the lees before bottling.
